Processing & Production time

Each piece is crafted with care. Please allow a minimum of 22 business days for production and delivery. You will receive updates along the way and we’ll notify you when your order is ready to ship.

No Cancellations or refunds

Since each order is custom-made, orders are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges once production has started.

Shipping and delivery

Keep in mind that Shipping costs and taxes are not included in the item price and will be calculated separately at checkout based on your location, package weight, method of shipping.

Please Note that we only have standard shipping available for the moment.

Once your order is ready, we will provide shipping details and tracking information.

Custom requests

Please double-check your department choice before confirming your order. Changes cannot be made once production has started.

If you desire to highlight more than one (1) department, please contact us via WhatsApp for any additional customization. Be aware there will be a slightly change on the item price.
