Returns & Refunds policy
At Nanti Collection, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, we understand that unexpected issues can arise, and we are happy to provide exchanges under certain conditions.
We offer exchanges if the product arrives damaged or defective due to Shipping. Customers must report the issue within 5 business days after delivery and provide clear photos and videos of the damage and packaging.
If the damage is verified as a shipping issue, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us via our WhatsApp number within 5 business days of delivery.
If the damage is caused by the customer after delivery, we cannot offer an exchange.
If the package is marked as delivered by the shipping provider, but the customer did not receive it, we are not liable for the loss.
If the package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation from the carrier) we will offer a replacement.
Note: Exchanges are only available for damaged orders after reviewing it was initially caused by shipping, we do not accept exchanges for change of mind. We encourage customers to choose carefully the department they want to highlight and make sure to double-check their shipping address before placing the order.
